Saving Money
Insulation is an effective way to save money
on energy costs. By properly insulating your
home, you can reduce the amount of energy
needed to heat and cool your home, resulting
in lower energy bills. Insulation also helps to
keep your home comfortable by keeping the
temperature consistent throughout the year.
Additionally, insulation can help to reduce
noise from outside.
WHAT PARTS OF THE HOME
ARE BEST TO INSULATE?
Lofts, walls, are the main areas of concern
where hot air will try to escape and allow cold
air to come in There are multiple simple and
effective ways to insulate our homes, that can
dramatically reduce the amount of heat we
waste while reducing our heating bills.
WHY SHOULD I INSULATE?
Insulating your home is means you’ll keep
warm air in and cold air out not only will your
home be cosier it will save you money on
your bills and help you avoid draughts, damp
and in worse cases mould, if left untreated
mould and damp can lead to health problems
not only for your home but for you such as
respiratory symptoms, respiratory infections
and allergic arthritis
Energy saving insulation can help reduce energy costs
by keeping heat in during the winter and out during the
summer.

Review from Mr and Mrs Plumber 2023
I recently had the pleasure of working with Greentech Insulations Limited on a project for my home. From the moment I
contacted them, I was impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. The team was knowledgeable and
helpful in answering all of my questions and providing me with the best insulation solution for my home. The installation
process was quick and efficient, and the team was very friendly and accommodating. The insulation they installed has made
a huge difference in the comfort of my home, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Greentech
Insulations Limited to anyone looking for quality insulation services.
The masonry cream creates a clear insulation barrier for
single skin buildings and those built with a cavity. It has
been proven to help retain heat in walls and reduce heat
loss. The clear coating improves thermal efficiency and
contributes to lower energy consumption and lower
energy bills, by keeping walls dry. Damp walls act as
‘thermal bridges’ – enabling heat to transfer from the
inside out twice as quickly as it would if the walls
remained dry.
Independent testing has shown that Masonry Crème
reduces water absorption by 96.3% and meets the
British standard for water vapour resistance BS EN ISO
7783:2011.Masonry Crème does not restrict the ability
of the building to breathe. Water vapour permeability
testing was conducted in accordance with BS EN ISO
7783:2011 and it demonstrated that the coating had
little effect on the water vapour diffusion of the
substrate. Application of our masonry cream protects
the walls and cavities by keeping them dry whilst
allowing air and moisture to escape
It maintains the important capability of the building
envelope to breathe. Unlike some stone and brick sealer
products, it does not block the pores of the masonry by
coating them with a thin film. Therefore, the product is a
highly breathable coating which helps to prevent
penetrating damp. It mimics the lotus leaf by creating a
super hydrophobic, self-cleaning surface. Dirt particles
are unable to obtain a hold on treated surfaces and will
simply flow off with rainfall. The growth of moss, algae
and lichens is deterred. Slows the ageing or breakdown
of the surface of the building by helping to protect it from
the damaging effects of the weather including wind
driven rain, frost, high air humidity and sea salt
penetrated air. Performance is unaffected by UV rays.

improves the appearance of the building, it helps to
maintain and protect it long term. It mimics the lotus

Performance is unaffected by UV rays, The coating is
colour stable, ensuring a long-term, attractive finish.
When applied, the exterior wall coating creates a
waterproof, super hydrophobic surface commonly
referred to as the ‘lotus effect‘ due to its similarity to the
water repelling properties of the lotus leaf. When it rains,
coated mineral surfaces will repel the water, causing it to
form beads (because the water is more attracted to itself
than the surface) and run off without being absorbed.
Independent tests have shown that it reduces water
absorption by 93.4% and therefore meets the British
standard for water vapour resistance BS EN ISO
7783:2011.UKAS accredited tests demonstrated that by
reducing water absorption of the walls, the wall coating
lead to thermal performance benefits & has been proven
to meet EAD 040083-00-0404.

Roof Coatings are a type of roof coating that is designed
to protect and extend the life of roofs. They are a great
choice for homeowners and businesses alike, as they
provide a cost-effective solution to protecting roofs from
the elements.
Roof Coatings are made from a combination of
elastomeric acrylic and polyurethane resins. This
combination of materials creates a durable, waterproof
barrier that is designed to resist cracking, peeling, and
fading. The coating is also designed to be highly
reflective, helping to reduce energy costs by reflecting
the sun’s rays away from the roof.
Roof Coatings are easy to apply and can be done in a
single day. The coating is applied in a two-step process,
first by spraying the roof with a primer and then
applying the topcoat. The primer helps to ensure that
the topcoat adheres properly and that the roof is
properly sealed. The topcoat is then applied in a single
coat, and it is designed to last for up to 10 years.
Roof Coatings are designed to be highly durable and
long-lasting. They are resistant to UV rays, hail, and other
weather conditions. They are also designed to be
resistant to mould and mildew, making them a great
choice for areas with high humidity.
Roof Coatings are an excellent choice for protecting and
extending the life of roofs. They are cost-effective, easy to
apply, and highly durable. They are also designed to be
highly reflective, helping to reduce energy costs. For
these reasons, Roof Coatings are a great choice for
homeowners and businesses alike
